Techzo Nepal is committed to providing genuine products and a hassle-free shopping experience. Please read our Returns & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

Returns

Products may be eligible for return only under the following conditions:

• You receive the wrong product.
• The product is damaged during delivery.
• The product is Dead on Arrival (DOA) or has a manufacturing defect.

To qualify for a return, the product must:

• Be reported within 3 days of delivery.
• Be unused and in its original condition.
• Include all original packaging, accessories, manuals, and invoice.
• Have all serial numbers and warranty seals intact.

We strongly recommend recording an unboxing video when receiving your order, as it may be required to verify claims for damaged or missing items.

Replacement

If a returned product is confirmed to be Dead on Arrival (DOA) or defective, Techzo Nepal will provide:

• A replacement product (subject to availability), or
• A similar alternative with your approval.

If no replacement is available, a refund will be processed.

Refunds

Refunds are issued only when:

• A replacement product is unavailable.
• Your order cannot be fulfilled.
• Techzo Nepal approves the refund after inspection.

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method where possible. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider. Transaction or payment gateway charges, if any, may be deducted from the refundable amount.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns and refunds will not be accepted if:

• You changed your mind after purchase.
• You ordered the wrong product by mistake.
• You no longer want the product.
• The product has been used, installed, or damaged after delivery.
• The product is missing accessories, packaging, manuals, or the invoice.
• Warranty seals or serial numbers have been removed or tampered with.
